Shipping Policy

How We Ship

We ship UPS for the  majority of all orders*. Merchandise exceeding the UPS standard weight and size must be shipped via motor freight or air freight. Truck shipments are priced individually based on location and weight. The minimum truck shipment is normally about $100.00 and that is a minimum of 100lbs. Anything over that will be an additional charge. We make sure to get the best service and the most economical rates on all orders. Customers are responsible for charges of shipments that need to be expedited or shipped air and those prices will vary on location and weight. We do not have a C.O.D option. * All Shipping Cost you see on this website & on our Catalogs are for Domestic US Shipping Only. All other countries including Canada will incur Additional Charges.

Return Policy

Return Policy

• All returns must clearly display a Return Authorization Number. (Call customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number.)

• All returns must be made within 30 business days of receipt of merchandise.

• All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• 15% Restocking fee applies to all backdrops & props.

• A refund, credit or replacement will be issued upon receipt of returned item(s) after being inspected by Denny Manufacturing. No Returns on Custom and/or Seasonal Backdrops or Custom and/or Grand Collection CDs*.

 *Because of the nature of digital imaging, we cannot offer refunds for any digital image we provide as a product purchase. This includes all custom CDs and Grand Collection CDs.
