If you have an existing Denny photo backdrop and you need us to produce more of the exact item, we require you to send us an adequate sample to use as a reference. This will ensure the best reproduction possible. You must obtain a return authorization number from customer service before sending anything to our facility.  The RA# is essential and will help expedite your request.  If no sample return is noted on your order, we will not be able to start producing your backdrop until we receive all of the information and clear instructions.
