Quick Ship Muslin Backdrops are a selection of designs that are available to ship in just a few days. These photography backdrops are usually in stock. These backdrops are not washable and care should be taken to avoid soiling.
We ship UPS for the majority of all orders. Merchandise exceeding the UPS standard weight and size restrictions must be shipped via motor freight or air freight.
Truck shipments are priced individually based on location and weight. The minimum truck shipment is normally approximately $100.00 and that is a minimum of 100lbs. All shipments over 100 lbs. will incur additional charges. Trust us to ship the most economical way.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Any shipping charges displayed online and in our printed catalogs are for shipments within the continental US and are estimated. These shipping rates are subject to change without notice and can fluctuate daily based on weight and destination.
We will happily ship to any location worldwide. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping quotes do not include any customs and brokerage fees, payment of these fees are the responsibility of the customer. Motor Freight (truck) shipping accessorial charges such as inside delivery, lift gate, re-delivery etc. all will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy
The Denny Manufacturing Co. strives to provide the highest quality products in the photographic industry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do offer a 30 day return policy. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. [email protected] or 1-800-844-5616. All Return packages must have an RA# clearly written on the outside of the package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return products must also be in the original packaging. No refund or store credit will be issued until all items have been inspected and approved by Denny Mfg.
All backdrop, photo props, and studio equipment returns must be approved by a Denny Mfg. representative and a Return Authorization number will be issued. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, refunded, or exchanged. We cannot accept any type of return for digital backdrop files, final clearance priced items, custom products, or any holiday themed backdrop or prop. There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Denny Mfg. reserves the right to make decisions concerning partial refunds.
***Denny Mfg. will not be liable for any problems with your purchase if notification is not received within 30 days of receipt. No returns, refunds, or exchanges for any Denny Mfg. photographic product will be accepted without a notification within this time frame.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refunds. We may issue a store credit if you are unsatisfied with your purchase of a clearance item (up to discretion of Denny Mfg.), however we must be notified within 30 days of receipt of such item and you will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from Denny Mfg. Customers may be responsible for a restocking fee of 15%.
Exchanges
We may be able to exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, send an email to [email protected] or call 1-800-844-5616 ext. 722 to obtain a RA# which must be affixed to the outside of the box. All exchanges may be subject to the 15% restocking fee.
Damaged Shipment:
If you happen to receive a shipment that is damaged in transit, please make notes on the bill of lading or refuse the package. If you take possession of a damaged package you will need to contact Denny Mfg. within 10 days of receipt so we can file a claim with the carrier. After 10 days Denny Mfg. will not be able to issue any type of refund or exchange.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for the original outgoing shipping charges as well.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and insure the package for the full value.
